Seems odd that the 166 is getting new buses when Arriva went to the trouble of sourcing existing buses for the contract, no doubt to keep the cost down. I think they are Yutong E10 sourced through Pelican pelicanyutong.co.uk/buses/e10-electric-bus/Should be quite lively if motor is rated at 350Kw max (469 HP for oldies like me)

DT routes to replace 57/08/09 reg?

They have stood down for the time being. The 10 HVs at EC for the 34s are slowly moving over to AD replacing the Old T Buses Are the SWs being stored at EC or are they being kept at AD? AD

Just had a second confirmation by a 166 driver that it is going electric they have ordered 11 yuton buses 3 for 312 8 for 166 that is solid confirmation to as i have seen a pic of it. I haven't seen or heard anything..? I was waiting for you to post something about this before actually believing it, as I thought this is unconfirmed drivel

There seems to still be a lot of Ts hanging around at AD. How many buses are they expecting? HV186 still isn't in service and I'd presume HV270 & 271 are still at AR for the 19 due to not enough LTs. Can anyone confirm any more HVs?

It looks like AD don't like SW1-10 Wrightbus Streetdecks has they haven't been in service for a while now. They are hardly used on a normal Sunday service as it is due to reliability. So are highly unlikely to be used now. With many duties still not fully covered with various staff cuts, it is unlikely they would be used. All apart from SW4 are unfit (ie requires work to be done before being put back into service)

They have stood down for the time being. The 10 HVs at EC for the 34s are slowly moving over to AD replacing the Old T Buses So does that mean AD gets the full allocation of 34 once the 10 HVs moves over to AD or will it still be AD/EC? No why would they, since it is a Sunday service, no buses come out of [EC] for the 34, so having all HV just at [EC] when they can be rotated to [AD] where they are normally serviced makes sense.
