The SWs are allocated to the 340 though According to vjaska's fleetlist, they were bought for the 340 but are now allocated to the 329.

Do you know what has happened to DW450 is it still at Grays I know it looks as if DW455 has been withdrawn permanently according to Lvf and also is the 335 keeping it's buses that it has at the moment next year.

According to LVF, there have been at least 4 workings of a 340 SW (Streetdeck), on the 102 this month alone so they do stray on there. Presumably, the issue that the SW's had have been sorted although having a look at what the 340 currently has out (no SW's, just T's & HV's) suggests otherwise. It's easier to be towed back to the garage from Turnpike Lane or Enfield than from Harrow or Brent Cross SW's are better off on lower speed routes like the 329, that's close enough to the garage. Could also be driver preference as sometimes an SW does appear on the 340 or 102 They could do with a repaint soon Many drivers seem to hate the SW's because of the brakes and steering. Many of them now do give a good turn of speed finally. Although reliability with electrical problems is still high, with many ECU related faults. They hardly need a repaint, some of them are looking fresh still, although no surprise as they are off the road at times for weeks; if not months

Why wouldn't it? I doubt this would have any impact on the lease Arriva hold yet - just looks like the owners of the site are wanting to cash in on the boom in industrial unit values and sell their asset.

Hopefully found something bigger. Anyone know if Arriva are currently freeholders or leaseholders?

Hopefully found something bigger. Anyone know if Arriva are currently freeholders or leaseholders? Looks like they are just leasing, the brochure mentions they are in a lease agreement until 2034 with the next earliest break 2028. Honestly surprised they took out a 15 year lease on the site that started at £200,000 per annum with it dropping to £160,000 per annum from Jan 2022. If their lease is iron clad and can’t be bought out any purchaser is stuck with them until at least Jan 2028 when the next break is allowed but only by Arrivas decision.

Regardless of what happens with Beddington outstation, any reshuffle relating to the 432 could probably make use of the space at other garages, particularly TC which has quite a lot of spare capacity including from the 197 loss. Or the 137 could fully move back to BN - it should fit if the N137 were to move as well.

The 157 to TH and the 289 to TC perhaps which would give TC a bigger pool of single deckers, assuming the 312 extension to Old Lodge Lane is still happening which means no more double deckers.
