Has T111 and T114 transferred from N to TH permanently or are they over there on loan as I can see on LVF that they're on the 198 and 250 at the moment.

Two things: The distance between Edgware & AD is not long - yes from Harrow it is but from Edgware, it isn't as bad as you continually suggest despite myself and others repeatedly saying it has the luxury of using the A41 & A406 to reach it so hopefully, that one can now be put to bed. It has been mentioned several times on here, particularly recently, that distance is not always a factor. Arriva's current performance on the route is apparently really good so it shows how running it from AD isn't problematic at all. Meal reliefs and sign ons/offs may not be the easiest. Meal reliefs are taken at Edgware, there is more than enough things there for drivers. It was the same place as when the route was run from [GR] In fact the distance between the 340 and garage is just slightly closer as [AD] is technically closer to the 340 than [GR] There isn't that much duties on the 340 anyway.

It’s permanent (for now), and they both have their N codes removed and replaced with TH codes. They’re more likely there as floats to replace the remaining Ts on the 250 that are still away to be refurbished.

Looks like T32 is the latest enviro400 to be decommissioned, missing its ticket machine as I photographed it today parked up at AD

Indeed T22 and T25 were both transferred back by Thornton's yesterday. Presumably picked two more up to come back north?
