Wait 11 SDs, I thought 255 will have a frequency of 9 buses, I'm guessing 2 spare Seeing as it’ll be the only single deck route at TH, I suppose it makes sense for it to have two spares. Thats even less than what it has now— as 255 is currently allocated 12 buses (ENL49-60)

That sounds about right when the 255 will have no fleet flexibility to borrow buses from Indeed until the 166 & 312 (312 eventually newer vehicles) goes Electric if retained with new vehicles. Single decker routes have slowly disappeared over the years. Bascailly the only single decker routes Arriva have left are the 166, 192, 255, 312, 318, 347, 375, 377, 410, B15, SL5, W4 & W6, as the 289 is going double deck and the 325 lost to Go-Ahead.

As far as we’re aware 10.9 is the minimum length it’s available in, 10.9m, 11.6m and 12.4m This is total speculation, but given the success Wright are having in London at the moment, they may have realised that so many single deck routes aren’t suitable for buses that long. And have offered a smaller length for the London market that we’re not aware of yet. I have no facts to base that off though We shall see what happens. If modifications can be made great. It happened for the 49 and pending for the 151. Recently the Junction of Wells Park Road & Sydenham Hill has had some improvements. The ridiculous pointless traffic island at the top of Well Park Road has been removed. Would that now allow the City's from the 63 to run on the 363/N63?

The restriction on the 363/N63 is at Melford Road.

The 363 and N63 don’t use Wells Park Road, so the changing of that junction doesn’t affect them. It seems like there was never anything stopping the two of them from using Cities, though I thought the turn from Melford Road onto Underhill Road was the problem, but seemingly, it isn’t.

Do you know if T11,38 and the 59 Reg T's are going to be replaced still with the ex 160 T's or has that been changed.

Will 289 be fully decked? There are only 11 GN/KX61 Ts as T289 is withdrawn and T300 is at Enfield

Something that still annoys me to this day after the Barkingside branding scheme was DX's decision to brand some of the 368's buses at the time, effectively partially reallocating the 150's buses (T180-193). Even more annoying was that those Ts were new to DX, but kept the revamped Ts from other garages for the 150 & sent its buses elsewhere. It's very rare that a bus spends its entire working life in one garage, and I was hoping the 150's Ts could join the 325's ENLs in that respect. Oh well.

Even on an ENL you have to use the whole road to make that turn, even the middle of the road before making the turn Well… nothing more to be said. To back up cybermike137, that turn was also tight in a DWL & DDL which were the same length as an ENL. It should be said that 10.7m PDL’s that strayed onto the 255 from the 289, did perform this turn even with that awkward island there
