I like vehicles. Buses, trains, cars, all of them. I made a song out of Stagecoach too.

to be honest it' looks horrendous while buses worn out of colour. I'm currently sat on DW336, which has never seen the inside of a paintshop... bus seems to perform OK (heavy footed driver) though it's looking tired with worn out seats. Think it was originally refurb float bus from the 2020 repaints but never got refurbished itself DW336 didn’t get refurbished because it was an extra spare. DW335 would have been the same thing but it got refurbished because DW535 got transferred to enfield for the 191. If buses like DW536 got transferred to enfield, DW336 will therefore get refurbished.

to be honest it' looks horrendous while buses worn out of colour. I see the buses most weekends and they look like any other bus of a similar age in London. I do wonder why everything is dramatised when it comes to DX buses. The T's and DW's at DX are brilliant for reliability. I'd take that any day of the week then a shiny coat of paint.

What are the plans for the SW's? Seems to be cameo appearances on the 102... non standard so not really used. I'd move them to the 41 so they could at least turn a wheel

ENL54 nearly caught fire yesterday, I was in the bus garage and I could hear someone shouting fire. Engineers were rushing with fire extinguishers to it. Smoke was gushing out of it

Looks like all of the ENXs from the 289 have now moved from TH to TC, apart from ENX28 (10-reg) which I assume will either stay at TH or be withdrawn, and the MMC ENXs which presumably aren't needed at TC yet as they aren't for the SL5 so don't need to have Superloop livery applied.

Which causes a very welcome capacity boost to be 289 with a near fully decker conversion. Interestingly ENX31 (one of the two MMC ENXs) hasn’t been used since 22/01, is it VOR/broken or is it actually off to TC too?

They’re really not unreliable it’s the software that’s their problem.

They're certainly a bit different, and have their quirks
