HA51 now at [DX] a lot of work mechanically been going on over the past few weeks, buses were left to neglect last few month of them on the 133/333 Its such a shame that both batches of the Arriva HA’s have been neglected like this. Such majestic vehicles that have been left to rot Luckily the CT Plus/Stagecoach ones are faring much better

I wonder if we may see any HV transfers happening soon, upon doing a count there does seem to be a lot of Gemini 3 Has currently spare:
12-14x HVs at AD through my count as there are enough Gemini 2s to cover the 141 allocation, 28 of the Ex Stagecoach HV's for the 102 the remaining 5 for the 34 + 15 Gemini 3s for the 34. The surplus is around 14 buses, although I appreciate there are likely to be a few HVs VOR.
HV233-HV248 fro route 242 (16 buses.)
HV322-HV323 (2 Buses)
SW1-10 are surplus. (10 Buses)
HA32-35 HA32 (4 Buses) & HA15-HA18 (4 Buses) = 8 Cities spare.
That's around 50 buses not including any other spares dotted around and of course there are still Gemini 2 HVs spare from the loss of the 133/333 which could always replace Gemini 3s on older contracts potentially. Apologies if any mistakes made.

There’s no majesty in these things, they’re just E400 junk with a fancy body.

Do we know if DW502 is actually blinded for the GY routes or are they just using paper? GY blinds are quite poor at the moment and rarely see the correct destinations and numbers on the buses. The actual buses themselves are in okay state and really quite nippy some of them but blinds is a massive issue at GY from observations looking forward to hybrids coming to GY.
surprised they sent a power blinded DW to GY, they normally avoid sending powerblinded buses to GY or DX I assume because they only have manual blinded buses so they are the only blinds available, I shouldn’t imagine there are any power blinds lying around for DW502

I completely forgot about the 248!

Also it’s worth mentioning DW502 is the newest conventional bus that’s ever gone to GY, impressive considering it’s 11.5 years old!😬😂
(The LTs on the 248 would have 63 and 14 reg’s if they had conventional number plates)

Apologies if any mistakes made. The 141 had a minor PVR increase when the 21 was rerouted away from Newington Green - so it now needs 3 G3 HVs to top up the G2s. The full batch of 14reg HVs would then exactly cover the 102 and part 141. The 675 also requires 1 HV, so in theory all but one of the 66/67reg HVs at AD will be spare. It was also suggested that the 158's HVs were being refurbished, so perhaps these may contribute to the W3's new allocation, with more DWs introduced on the 158? The G3s from the 133, 158 and 242 could cover the W3, while those from the 34/243 would roughly fit the 66/103/370. So probably just leaves the 65reg HAs spare, including those not at AD. The 66reg HA batch would roughly cover the SL2/198/627. However looking at the tender programme, quite a lot of Arriva DD routes are overdue (41 99 121 141 150 175 269 329 341 401), so could affect which batches become spare or get reallocated. Potentially Arriva could also gain routes like the 45, 118, 160, 180, 355 or 422.
