Wow. I was completely wrong there then. The VLW's weren't new for the 275, they were shifted over from another garage as initially, the 275 was expecting brand new VLA's which was then cancelled as Arriva decided to put the new VLAs on to the 123. I think the VLWs were around 2 years old by the time the 275 got them. There was some new VLW's but I cannot remember if they were for the 20 or 275 Definitely not for the 275, I remember them getting 03 plates in 2005.

That's correct as the 275 was still L operated until March 2005 according to the brilliant buses at work website with VLW's taking over. IIRC, VLW105-116 were new to the 20?

Did the 259 start out at [AR] then moved to [EC] after the 19 went there. Struggling to remember of my head unless I go back and check records I think it did, then as soon as HV201 and her sisters moved to EC, they then added EC codes and the then new logo on the sides. There were a couple of blunders from Wright when there were two HV's sharing the same 66 reg, I think one was in CT the other was in AR at the time HV221 and HV233

Yes I'm pretty sure that they were. I remember being slightly annoyed that the 20 was getting new buses and the 275 was getting lesser new ones.

Struggling to remember of my head unless I go back and check records The March 2017 schedule for the 259 shows the route operating from EC with one bus (r/n 122) from AR. This is dated 25 March 2017, which is when the route was taken over from Go-Ahead, so it operated from EC from day one.
Ian Armstrong's site does say that the route started from AR before moving to EC in 2019, but that must be an error. I seem to remember it was a late change of plan to have the route at EC. Presumably the decision to base the 19 at AR (it had originally been awarded to Arriva London South) changed the picture.
As stated above, most of the HVs did enter service at AR before moving to EC when the 259 was taken up, but I think some of them may have entered service directly at EC.

2 new Electroliners have been registered on BLOTW without a fleetcode, those being LY24KZB and LY24KZC On Gov there’s now: LY24KYZ LY24KZA LY24KZB LY24KZC LY24KZD LY24KZE LY24KZF LY24KZG Fleet codes unknown but this leaves around 12 buses left without registration, there are likely more registered and potentially the whole batch for TH will all be 24 reg as when the buses are registered it takes 3-4 days to appear on GOV.

What route are you expecting to convert next? I would put money on the 289 next if they're going by routes that's already in the garage. Hopefully it can see off the remaining 10.8 single deckers that keep frequently ploughing the route. Otherwise I reckon it could be the 50 next if we're basing it on routes to move in. Tempted as I am, I am not counting on route 50 being ES by the time of my visit to the area on September 28th. Route 417 feels a safer bet. I am hoping the Kites for route 255 do not enter service before the beginning of next year, so that my visit does not feel premature.

When they finished the electrification, all the chargers now work. I don't know when they will start to install more chargers or if they are leaving it at the amount currently. There is no sign of the new 255 buses yet The first 255 Kite is ready at the factory at Ballymena. Fleet codes “EKL” Appropriate code. If shorter ones are ordered in the future they could be given code EKS. So, not QXW after all

The routes I mentioned come in the same tranche of 3 major PD routes (96, 122 & 472) if I am not mistaken - so it could well be a 'watch this space' scenario. Personally what ever happens I am hoping DT hold on following their loss of the 99, 269 & 401 to BX.
