Besides Merton Garage which other shed now has diesel deckers, hybrid deckers, micro-hybrid deckers and zero emission electric deckers among their routes? Catford soon will, should have the 61reg E400s sticking around on the 199, B5LHs on the 47, Smart Hybrids on the 136 and the Electrics coming for the 160.

Go-Ahead's NP (Northumberland Park) operates hybrid LTs on the 67 and 76 and diesel Volvos on the 476 alongside electrics on the 106, 212, 230 and 357. For good measure it also operates diesel Streetlites on the 456 and 379 alongside electric single deckers on the 153, 184, 214, 232 and 444.

I think Bricklayers Arms has morphed into the name of the junction too now rather than just the pub. As has Sun-In-The-Sands whilst Elephant & Castle got it's name from a coaching inn as the area was really known as Newington which is referenced in the surviving road names of Newington Butts & Newington Causeway as well as Newington Gardens, an open space on Harper Road Chelsea World's End is arguably another one named after a pub I think?

Vandalism. uote author=" DT 11" source="/post/639955/thread" timestamp="1624525604"] Bus stops along Kingsground Eltham have no tiles, not just blanks but no actual board for tiles to be put on. Does anyone know why, and is this unique? On Routes 301 & 472 Nathan Way is similar I’m sure there are a few other locations. I’m sure a few stops on Bentham Road are like this.[/quote]

The 134 should be the only route with a destination blind including an exclamation mark (North Finchley, Tally Ho!).

It’s a nice touch Agreed .......... It's a phrase that doesn't make a lot of sense without it (like Geronimo!) .............. as described above ........... OME2664 at Mornington Crescent Attachment DeletedThe above illustrates how modern buses are soooooo much harder to photograph successfully - they are squarer and have acres of glass compared to older buses such that they are practically mirrors on wheels. I have a photo of OE34023 where it is so shiny and reflecting so much of its surroundings that it is almost invisible !

Is the “Ye Olde Cherry Tree” bus stops in Southgate the only ones that are named after a pub? I believe The Latchmere on Battersea High Street is a pub Gives its name to the adjacent railway lines (doesn't become the West London Line until a bit further N) and the 3 junctions (Latchmere No.1, No.2 & No.3) immediately south of the High Street railway bridge too

So I am while not all double deckers The still have hybrid, micro hybrid, diesels and electrics.
