An old one but until 6th April 2019 there was at least one route in a London Central garage that crossed the Thames. This is no longer that case because the N89 moved to NX from BX. London general gets very close with 8 of their 9 garages having a route that crosses the Thames.
EDIT. London United I think have at least one route that crosses the Thames in all of their garages as isn't there still a 216 trip run from HH?

On the 96, there is a farm on Upper Wickham Lane which has some horses, there was also an old ALX400 there, but it’s gone now. On the old routing before it was diverted to Darent Valley, there was a large swathe of farmland which had many animals. The eastbound 53 also passes the deer enclosure at Greenwich Park. Around the Yarnton Way roundabout, there will often be horses too. There is a small Farm in Crayford with Cows on Old Road in Crayford the 492 passes it. The 136 probably holds the record for passing food shop Morleys. Between Grove Park and Lewisham they are everywhere Downham - Downham Way Bellingham - Bromley Road Catford - Rushey Green Ladywell - Lewisham High Street New Cross - New Cross Road Peckham - Peckham High Street There's also another two Morley's on Lewisham Way and Loampit Hill 😂

Schooldays only in the am before heading onto the 698 pm.

The 108 is the only route that technically travels underwater, seeing that it goes in the Blackwall Tunnel . It also is the one of the only routes to go underground, with the others being the routes that serve Heathrow Central.

The Strand underpass does not pass under water (by which I mean a river, stream or canal). The 112 does though, as the Grand Union Canal passes over the North Circular Road on an aqueduct between Stonebridge Park and Hanger Lane.

I imagine he referred to the 521 as being a route that goes underground rather than going Underwater.

It was actually more of a reply to the point about buses that travel underground rather than the bit about water.

The A10, 81, 372 are all routes which hit the national speed limit on their routes at some stage. Are there any other ones? I seem to remember that 313 also has a brief stretch of 60/70mph - and maybe also 465 and 375

The X26 usually has an annual diversion during a weekend in August (apart from this year) which takes it down the M25 which is National Speed Limit.

I say this is the best one since the Metrocities have those fantastic Mercedes engines.
