The supermarket with the most terminating routes is the one at Crossharbour, Asda
Has the 135, 277, D6 and D8; plus the N277
These at one stage used to be run by 4 different operators; now operated by 1

TUK (Abellio at the time) were the only operator that hasn’t ordered a Wright B5LH Gemini 3 before. Is there more examples where the one operator has never ordered a bus type at all? EDIT: Loans and Novation doesn’t count. Uno, Sullivans and HCT Group also never ordered B5LH/Gemini 3s Oh yes. I forgot. My bad

Disregarding UNO which only operates two bus routes in London and with Go-Ahead having recently just announced it’s new electric orders from Wrightbus a couple of days ago, Stagecoach is now the only TfL operator who is still yet to order an allocation of Electroliner Kites, as well as RATP with the double deck version that I believe will most likely be ordered for route 31.

Is 360 the single decker route with the most diverse appearances as many types have operated the route.
Wright electrocity (WHY) ADL BYD E200 MMC (SEe) ADL Enviro200 (SE/SEN) Optare Versa (OV) East Lancs Myllennium (ELS) Wright Streetair (WES) Enviro200MMC? (from P5, SE) Plaxton Pointer (LDP) Optare Esteem E200 (SOE) Yutong Pelican (YT) BYD K8UR (EB) Wright Streetlite (WS)
no MECs have operated the route before... I believe it can take them however at the time full-size buses were not considered for the 360.
It will soon get a batch of new Kites
The 371 comes close I think however it does use the occasional double decker -
Optare Versa (OV) ADL Enviro200MMC (DLE) ADL BYD E200 MMC (BE) ADL Enviro200 (DE and DLE) Plaxton Pointer (DPS) Enviro200H (HDE)
As for double deckers it has used:
Wright Gemini 3 B5LH (VH) Scania Omnidekka (SLE) Scania Omnicity (SP) Dennis Trident (TA/TLA) ADL E400 City EV (BCE)

Technically it did use a few which are now SENs but that comes up under Abellio when they were on the C10

But they were sent to Plymouth after the P5 was lost to Abellio.

Looking at the 411 for example - DEs, DLEs, SDEs, WSs, MCLs, MCMs, OSs (including Solo SRs), OMs, OVs, SDs (Esteems) and the OVH demonstrator - plus the occasional DD working. I think the 142 must be a candidate for the most variety overall, looking across the 3 operators it has been at: Arriva - DWs (G1 and G2), VLWs, VLAs, DLAs, Ts, SWs, ENLs, DWLs and PDLs. Including some ENLs ex-Stagecoach, and the VLA that got refurbished with leather seats and white handrails. RATP - ADEs, SPs, ADHs (classic and MMC), VHs (G2 and G3), VHRs, and on one occasion used an SLE. Including ex-Quality Line ADEs, ex-Tower Transit VHs and the G2 VHs having dealer stock interior. Metroline - TEs, VWs, BDEs and WDEs (and a few unblinded VMH workings soon after they took over). Including an ex-First VW.

Yes, as southlondon413 mentioned, they were new for the P5 and were withdrawn when the P5 was lost. Shameless plug - SE291 SE292

B16 serves 6 bus stops that are named after British regions and villages all around the same area (Welling/Falconwood)
- Millbrook Avenue (Millbrook is a village in Cornwall) - Northumberland Avenue - Cumberland Avenue - Yorkland Avenue - Buckingham Avenue - Guy, Earl of Warwick
and also goes past Sutherland Avenue - however Sutherland Avenue doesn't have a bus stop named after itself

Brockley Rise/Chandos is the only terminating stop where both routes that stop there have different names for the termini The Bridge in Southall is similar, 427 terminates at Merrick Road according to blinds but when the 482/H32 temporarily terminated there, they showed Southall, The Green on the blinds.

Buses did operate before LVF was created! To take your 371 example, you'd need to add several more types, including Leyland National, Dart / Handybus, MAN / Optare Vecta, Optare Excel on the main service, plus various Olympian types used by Armchair on the school journeys. Armchair may have used the occasional Atlantean or Metrobus as well. And that's for a route that was introduced in 1990. If you look at routes whose history goes back longer than that, you'd find many more types in use.
With that in mind I'd be very surprised if the 360 takes the crown, given that it was only introduced in 2003. But I have no idea which route would win.

293 will be very high up, as it has seen practically every type of single and double decker that both Metrobus and Quality Line had.
