350 might take the crown for most route changes 22/3/08 - Introduced between Hayes and Harmondsworth (temporarily) 27/3/08 - Extended to Heathrow Terminal 5 29/04/17 - Diverted at Stockley Park and swapped routing with route U5 to Hayes Asda ?/?/24 - Pending consultation - Extension from Hayes and Harlington to Cranford, Nestles Avenue
110 could be another contender for this crown (gonna do this one backwards) 12/12/20 - Diverted at Hospital Bridge Road to Richmond and then extended to Hammersmith via 391 28/05/16 - Withdrawn between W Middlex Hosp and Hounslow Bus Stn (this one confused me I won't lie) 19/11/11 - Extended from Hounslow to W Middlex Hosp
24 is London's longest unchanged route however.

What about the 388 for the most changes?

Have a look at the 485's history. Introduced in 1998, it went through 6 changes within its first 8 years of existence. Some of these changes were major restructurings, so much so that by 2006 the route had virtually nothing in common with the original route!
Jul 1998: introduced between Richmond and Ham Sep 1999: minor reroute in Putney Nov 2000: withdrawn between Kingston and Ham, and major reroute in Barnes May 2001: withdrawn between Roehampton and Kingston Jan 2003: rerouted to Wandsworth instead of Roehampton Aug 2004: another reroute in Barnes Apr 2006: rerouted to Hammersmith instead of Richmond
Since then it has settled down, with only two minor tweaks (diversions via Wetland Centre and Wandsworth Riverside), as well as the enforced curtailment at Castelnau when Hammersmith Bridge closed.

Something occurred to me which I highlighted elsewhere, and might fit here.
Routes 50, 250 & 450 meet at Thornton Heath station but routes 150 & 350 won't.
Is there any other route number below 100 where you can add 200 & 400 and see that trio of routes all meet anywhere?

The 93 meets both at Morden (293) and Wimbledon (493) and these are the closest points between those two routes.

E5 and E6 are the only E routes to not serve Ealing Broadway or West Ealing H12 and H13 are the only H routes that don't serve Harrow Bus Station

For example 82 (before its withdrawal), 182, 282, 382 and before 2020 482 too were all ML routes.
