Of the day routes the 279 looks hard to beat. Manor House is on the Zone 2/3 border.
Others that come close would be 142 (Brent Cross), 470 (Colliers Wood) or S1 (Lavender Fields).
Is Kingston in London? The 65 could be one as it serves Ealing Although Kibgston is in Surrry and has Surrey County Hall it is London Borough of Kingston. Same as Croydon Hillingdon Havering Hounslow Barnet etc all LondonBoroughs but not with London Post Codes.

Honourable mentions to 405 to Redhill and 246 to Westerham Most westerly - 81 to Slough Most northerly - 298 and 313 to Potters Bar Station, just beating the Waltham Cross routes. Most easterly - 608 to Shenfield High School or 498 to Brentwood, just beating the 347 and 370 in Ockendon.

Though these operators are much closer to each other
Has an Abellio route ever been won to Arriva, before 2010? I think it’s only the 157
No Tower Transit route has ever passed to Arriva or gone the other way also.

The 444 has went from Arriva to Tower Transit back in 2015, obviously the 444 now its now at Go-Ahead and LI got the W14 & W15 from Arriva in 2012 while LI was still with First.

Has any route gone from RATP to Stagecoach? I think there's only two routes that both operators could run. Those being the 30 and 205.
