For me there's no bus in particular, but for some reason the LTs on the 111 really excite me, I just love seeing them when I go in those areas. Also the H32 and H98 when they receive LTs but for some reason not as much as the 111

I always see ENX32, was on it's early days when introduced as the 289 is my local route. Whenever I'm out and about I see it. Also been on it when it had teething issues at Thornton Heath Pond/Croydon University Hospital

It fluctuates for me, but I have have/had quite an few buses either follow me close by several times or caught multiple times in an row by luck/bad luck. At the moment VWH1419 seems to be my main stalker bus and has over taken VWH1411.
VWH1419 - This one I fairly often bumped into when on 460 back in the day with its broken iBus. This one has become my main stalker bus again. as managed to get it several times unplanned those past months, 3 weekends in row in fact.
VWH1411 - Think this one was one of my least used 62-Reg pre-Covid. but funnily enough since coming back from an VOR, would very commonly catch by coincidence or follow me as an 2nd bus behind. Really grown on me as one of my favourite buses this past year.
Honorary mentions also to VWH1360/61/62/1408/1410. Never as much as the above two though.
TEH1236 - Unrequited love here. Bumped into this one on 113, only to run into it again on 32 few weeks later; first time in 1 + year getting this route. Also would nearly always see this wretched heap when out and about in Mill Hill Broadway/Barnet.

I'll put my two cents into here...but perhaps not in the way people would expect. These are not TFL contracted services that these buses were used on in their latter years, but they really felt like stalkers: V213MEV (former Stagecoach London 17213) - I cannot tell you how many times I have seen this bus across North London. It was seen a lot in the Stamford Hill/Hendon/Finchley/Golders Green areas, likely in the local Jewish Communities, but god was it a noticable bus. You could always notice the Purple Private Charter blinds at the front, the grey bolted on panels on the skirt of the vehicle & the faded red paintjob because of it not being refurbished. Was sad to see it in the Alpha Recovery yard though www.flickr.com/photos/77351420@N04/30204779378 (surprisingly without the Private Charter blind ) W556RSG (former Lothian Buses 556) - I used to see this all the time and it was quite cool seeing an ex Lothian bus in suburban North London. I rode this once on a Rail Replacement, absolutely nippy thing, I guess Lothian really do make a good bus (their buses certainly are well regarded within the industry). This I used to see a lot of the time, I would sometimes see it when driving around and for a bus its age especially after being in the hands of a company of the likes of Travel With Hunny, it was in a smart condition. It was up for sale at Ensignbus, don't know if it's still there but if it is I do hope it finds a good owner, would be sad if it was seen to the skies. www.flickr.com/photos/gcbp/16751460580/IIG9291 (former Metroline VPL176/Y176NLK) - I did see this a couple of times in 2015, I'd see it with it's Thandi logo that adorned it on the front windows and it's reasonably good orange coat of paint. I believe this bus was used in the local Jewish Community like with V213MEV, by the looks of things it was okay and did appear on the Tube Strike in 2018 (I believe on the D7) however this bus is likely now scrapped because its MOT is overdue 3 years.

Talking of ex London buses before the pandemic I always used to see VPL630 travelling through Archway wich was with Westbus at the time wich is now preserved. And 17213 I used to see now and then also when it pased through Archway.

I think that one was actually VPL629 but could very well have also been VPL630, I guess us North Londoners are lucky in that plenty of local companies are based in and around North London of which offers a lot of variety. Wouldn't necessarily count this as a stalker bus per se, but I did see an ex GAL WVL G1 around the Henlys Corner area clearly on some sort of contract in Summer 2020 (I think?) so you really do see all sorts. I was actually on a walk down the Dollis Valley & saw a Playbus that I believe is an ex Abellio E400 parked up in what looked to be like a car park with gypsies setting up camp with their caravans around it.

I always seem to run into SP1 (YN56FCA). Also frequently run into VH45257 (LC67ADV). Shame it isn't VH45255 (LC67ADU) <img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50786544322_6575e9c251_b.jpg" alt="PL4 - RTP (LU) VH45255 | ð : Not in Service ð : VH45255 - ⦠| Flickr"/>

VH45159 stalks me a lot, be it popping to shops or catching the 71 anywhere. Was always SP102 then SP181.
