Flixmobility, which provides the FlixBus and FlixTrain brands, has taken over Greyhound Lines Inc. from First Group plc.
FlixBus USA commenced operations in 2018 and now has a number of routes across the Southwest, South, Northeast and Pacific Northwest. Greyhound serves around 2,400 destinations across North America and carries around 16million passengers annually.
Since its inception in 2013, German-based FlixBus has grown to become Europe's largest operator of inter-City coach services and in 2019 carried over 62 million passengers.
