Here you can state what routes you think needs a frequency increase, extension, frequency reduction, partial/full DD conversion.
My opinion is:
Routes 490, R68 & R70 to receive a partial double deck conversion. The 490 is known to be extremely busy I'm sure, but tfl seems to completely ignore the R68 and the R70 with how full it gets before even reaching Richmond station. The partial DD allocation should work like the 371.
The 267 definitely needs a frequency increase similar to the 237 and the 65, that route (personal opinion) is worse than the 237 at rush hour. I've witnessed far more 267s leaving bus stops full of people at rush hour than the 237.
Another candidate that I've heard (although living at the terminus I'm not sure about this) is ththou

The 371 has 2 double decker allocated school journeys - a partial decker conversion wouldn't alleviate a busy route like the 490. The 490 would likely go a full conversion to combat this should TfL decide to do so.
