Lakeside bus routes 370 and 372

Travelling to lakeside on weekday from Romford route 370 even with being converted to double deck the route still is overcrowded and runs at a 15 min service surely a 10 min service would help the route

Please don't post just to increase thread count. During the weekdays 370's are around half empty at best, overbussing a route would not achieve anything. There's also access via Chafford Hundred Station by train, and numerous taxis if one doesn't have a car

Overcrowded or just running at a decent capacity i.e. most seats being used?  Surely its a good thing buses are busy? If you go somewhere like Walthamstow Central you will see routes like the 69 leave the bus station with nearly all seats full.      I think people got used to buses running empty during the pandemic.
