Has anyone heard of the proposed changes on the aforementioned routes? There’s a consultation going on until Feb 2022 I think. It involves merging routes 1 & 168 into one route numbered 1 most likely, and rerouting the 188 at Holborn to Tottenham Court Road, the N1 I think was mentioned to be enhanced to Thamesmead, I guess the N1 is getting this enhanced service as it roughly parallels the Abbey Wood CrossRail branch. www.fromthemurkydepths.co.uk/2021/11/22/transport-for-london-look-at-changes-to-three-major-bus-routes/ |

This has already been posted Where, i couldn’t find it so I assumed it hadn’t been posted. There’s a separate area on the routes forum labelled ‘Consultations’ : go there, and you’ll find two threads, one for the 1/168/188 and one for the 21/143/263/271. You can leave your thoughts there. |
