It's crazy to think the 25 once used to go to Victoria and the 8 used to go to Willesden and from that video that section around Little Ilford Lane still looks the same after all these years 😂😂 |

The 25 was solid Titan when I was living there. |

The 25 was solid Titan when I was living there. I miss those days so much. It hurts me knowing that I had the chance to go to the bus show in 2019 where all the vintage buses were out and something happened in which I had to postpone it. I said to myself ah well there's always next year not knowing it got cancelled last year due to the virus. *sighs* darn you corona!!!!!! The next time a vintage bus event comes up I'm running straight to the place. I'm not taking it for granted 😂😂 |

The 25 was solid Titan when I was living there. Definitely a huge difference back then to when I was growing up in Manor Park area throughout the 2000s, like all the two way side roads out of Romford Road such as cars coming out of Dersingham Avenue onto Romford Road and the A406 being bulit at the time of the video.
Did the 147 went via Little Ilford Lane in both directions as that would have been two way road at the time and when did the changes to the 147 took place with the introduction of one way streets of those side roads took place?

Thought so I veguly remember them and I very much remember the hydrogen demonstrators that ran with the bendies on the 25. Those TNs on the 25 as revolutionary as they were was a complete let down from the seating capacity. I think it was only able to seat 39 people as opposed to the the 79 seat Olympians previously on the route. That was why the TALs were drafted in and they gave those TNs their marching orders to NP for the 97 and 357 in 2000 39 seats? Do you mean something like 59 or 69 seats as I’m sure the double deck alone roughly had 39 seats? |
