Well, it's quite self-explanatory, (465 doesn't count as that also visits a few boroughs in Surrey on its way to Dorking, similar instances also apply as well as diversions not counting), first few that spring to mind are:
E1/E11 - Ealing
71 - Kingston Upon Thames
R70 - Richmond upon Thames

Possibly the R68 is in Elmbridge once it crosses the river at Hampton Court.
