Kingston/Sutton: 151, 213, S3, X26 (Worcester Park). Due to a small borough boundary between Kingston and Sutton Even then the 151 only goes through Kingston at Worcester Park station forecourt, whilst the S3 mostly serves Sutton borough and the X26 is an express route
Enfield/Waltham Forest: 313 (Ponders End/Chingford), 34, 444 (Meridian Water/South Chingford) due to the Lea valley restricting the number of roads in the area
Haringey/Waltham Forest: 123, 230 (Tottenham Hale/Blackhorse Road), also the 444 does serve both boroughs but goes through Enfield in-between.
Havering/Bexley, B&D/Greenwich, B&D/Newham: none due to the River Thames
Newham and Tower Hamlets with Greenwich: 108 (Blackwall Tunnel) due to River Thames
Tower Hamlets/Lewisham: 108 (Blackwall Tunnel), 343 at each end of the route though there aren't any roads that link the two boroughs
Tower Hamlets/Southwark: 42, 78, 343 (Tower Bridge), 388 goes through Bethnal Green and London Bridge. No other routes serve both boroughs due to there only being one river connecting the two boroughs

Barking & Dagenham/Newham: 5 (6) routes (5, 173, 238, 366, N15, (soon to add SL2))

Redbridge/Havering: No routes due to preferred route passing through B&D.
Barking & Dagenham/Havering: 13 routes (12 go to Romford alone) (5, 66, 86, 103, 128, 174, 175, 247, 287, 296, 499, N15, N86)

I've also noticed that all routes that run through both boroughs also all serve Romford, and most routes that serve both Newham and Redbridge go to Ilford, with none going anywhere north of the A12 apart from the 101 (barely) Debatable but I'd say the 5 and EL2 also serve Redbridge eastbound only as Longbridge Road is split between Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham

I don't think a road can ever be split where one direction is one borough and another is another borough as it would cause jurisdiction issues. Easy way to tell is the fact there's a 'Welcome to Barking and Dagenham' sign right at the bottom of South Park Drive before you get onto Longbridge Road.

Longbridge Road is fully Barking & Dagenham but you can indeed have roads split between two boroughs as has happened in the past and I believe a few examples still exist.

Interesting, I wonder what would happen when it comes down to cases such as resurfacing and how agreements are made to fund these if different boroughs are involved.

Interesting, I wonder what would happen when it comes down to cases such as resurfacing and how agreements are made to fund these if different boroughs are involved. Yeah, I've always wondered that when Westow Hill, Central Hill, Crown Dale & Crown Lane were all split between Croydon & Lambeth, presumably they co-ordinated together on it would be my guess when it comes to resurfacing - they then tidied that up with the former two roads transferring fully to Croydon and the latter fully transferring to Lambeth. Straying away slightly but, with the example I mentioned, they seemingly had a joint street lighting replacement agreement as in the 60's, those four roads were re-lit and interestingly, both boroughs used the same lights and columns, just in different liveries (silver for Croydon, white and blue for Lambeth) and then in the 90's, these were replaced though this time, each borough installed different lights and columns to each other and Lambeth didn't even bother painting there ones, leaving them in stock grey. Since the tidying up, Crown Dale & Crown Lane were re-lit by Lambeth during their PFI scheme around 2008 whilst Central Hill was done during Croydon's own PFI scheme about 6-7 years ago with Westow Hill also done during Croydon's PFI scheme but having an extra scheme as part of the introduction of the Crystal Palace one way system in the 00's.

Is Kilburn Park Road (where the 6/31/328 travel down) split council? I distinctly remember one side of the road having the black painted street lights (Westminster style) and the other side having teal painted street signs (Brent Style).
