Elizabeth Line
No services between Paddington and Shenfield/Abbey Wood from 27th December until 2nd January. Trains will continue to operate between Paddington (Main Line) and Heathrow Airport/Reading with reduced frequencies at times.
Rail replacement bus services will operate over the eastern section of the Shenfield line, to connect with the Central Line: Stratford (City) - Romford; and Newbury Park - Chadwell Heath - stations to Shenfield.
Greater Anglia
On 26th December a limited service will operate between Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport.
No services in or out of Liverpool Street from 27th December until 2nd January. This will allow bridge replacement at Bethnal Green; renewal of point switches and track maintenance; and commissioning a new power supply for the overhead between Bow and Shenfield. Trains will start/terminate at Billericay, Ingatestone or Tottenham Hale and the Meridian Water-Stratford service will not operate.
Train services will operate:
- Stansted Airport/Cambridge to and from Tottenham Hale
- Norwich/Ipswich/Clacton-on-sea-Colchester to and from Ingatestone
- Southend Victoria to and from Billericay.
Rail replacement buses will operate between Ingatestone/Billericay and Newbury Park to connect with the Central Line.
Southern Gatwick Express
On 26th December a limited service will operate between London Bridge and Brighton; London Bridge and Sutton via Streatham Common and West Croydon; and between London Bridge and East Croydon via Crystal Palace.
No services in or out of Victoria from 26th December until 2nd January. Some longer-distance Southern services will be diverted at East Croydon to operate to and from London Bridge.
Rail replacement buses will operate between Clapham Junction and East Croydon for local journeys.
Southeastern
All lines through Lewisham will be closed from 24th December until 2nd January; trains will also be unable to call at New Cross, St Johns, Blackheath, Kidbrooke, Eltham, Falconwood, Welling, Bexleyheath and Barnehurst. Victoria - Dartford services will not operate and other Bexleyheath Line services will be diverted.
Rail replacement buses will operate between New Cross and Dartford via Lewisham and Bexleyheath. Rail tickets will also be accepted on TfL buses between Hither Green, Lewisham and New Cross.
London Overground
On 26th Deecember trains will operate between Highbury & Islington and West Croydon - no service on other Overground lines.
Closures over various dates, including:
- Liverpool Street and Chingford/Enfield Town/Cheshunt, 27th December until 2nd January. Limited rail replacement buses will operate between Seven Sisters and Enfield Town/Cheshunt; and between Hackney Downs and Chingford.
- Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside, 27th until 30th December. Limited rail replacement buses will operate Gospel Oak-Seven Sisters and Walthamstow Central-Barking, use the Victoria Line between Seven Sisters and Walthamstow Central and local buses between Barking and Barking Reach.
- Willesden Junction and Stratford, 27th December only. Rail replacement buses will operate.
- Willesden Junction and Camden Road, 28th until 30th December. Trains will operate between Willesden Junction (High Level) and Richmond/Clapham Junction, and between Willesden Junction (Low Level) and Stratford, using an alternative route between Willesden Junction and Camden Road. Limited rail replacement buses will operate between Willesden Junction and Camden Road for local journeys.
- Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction, 31st December until 2nd January. Use local buses.
- Romford and Upminster, 27th December to 2nd January - use local buses.
