New and old bus come to Wigan and Bolton on Sept.

hi

i just want post for new/old bus transfer to bolton and Wigan on September.  
I want talk about Bolton and Wigan topic : here is 25 each electric bus for Bolton and Wigan....I know Wigan depot need 100 yeah or so.  How many Bolton need except 25 new electric bus?

i think possible Oxford Bus Company might transfer to Bolton and Wigan because they will get new bus 104 electric bus for oxford.  

Any thought about that?  

Please send me if I'm wrong info or something,
