I saw an article on Londoner FB page about now the 472 is being dressed up as a ULEZ improvement even though the changes have happened 18 months before the ULEZ will start.

How long until he whips out the Central government excuse for this one once he realises he's in a hole?

How long until he whips out the Central government excuse for this one once he realises he's in a hole? Remember Sadiq is a skilled liar lawyer so will know how to package wording carefully

How long until he whips out the Central government excuse for this one once he realises he's in a hole? Whilst he is a hyprocrite for reducing Outer London routes after saying previously, money from cutting Central London services would go to that aspect, the government throttling investment in London's transport shouldn't be simply swept under the carpet because we have an incompetent mayor

I’d whole heartedly DISagree that he’s he has a ‘good track record’ with London’s buses … Couldn’t really be more the polar opposite if you ask me.

No doubt there will be frequency increases to the 57/64/213 etc... back up the their previous frequency but dressed up as an improvement.

The "likely" indicates that even such basic improvements aren't confirmed. Shameful in my opinion.

I am glad they published this so the puppet mayor that pratted out that he was introducing more mileage to the network recently is a hypocrite at his statement.

“They said Mr Khan had also added "one million kilometres to the bus network in outer London" which would maximise the benefits of ULEZ”
A disingenuous quote. One which should be challenged. Aren’t these all Elizabeth Line enhancements ?
Where are his proposals to enhance routes like 331 , 81 , 117 , 293 , 107 …. I’m only picking these at random But they’re all busy x border routes entering and leaving the expanded ULEZ ?

Hillingdon Council need to quickly pick up on the impending cuts to 427. Hounslow & Ealing aren’t fussed so forget them. Not sure what Spelthornes take on it is. The thing is people living in Stanies , Ashford have to consider themselves fortunate that TfL actually send buses across the border. But surely that aspect of bus travel ( cross boundary ) has to be included ? What routes have even had a frequency increase ?

That’s absolutely bizarre. You’d have to get 2 buses from Bromley to reach Woolwich or Abbey Wood. Who in their right mind is doing that to get to Central London?!
