Theres one driver you don't want as he never puts his foot down as he does the job properly i.e stop at all compulsory stops even if no one is there, and sticks to the speed limit ;D By the way, theres another skip on croxted road, near petrol station/norwood road junction. Also spotted in the garage, 9740 repainted and refurbished just like 9737 I think I've been on his bus already, painful driving. I hate slow drivers, mucks my videos up lol.

I hate slow drivers, mucks my videos up lol. Indeed, it's irritating when it's obvious the driver could go much faster, yet persists in driving at 15mph . Especially with 9728, which only sounds good when driven fast!

And mine of AVL45 yesterday. I'll upload it, but the driving doesn't do justice to the way it can rev up

I've also been told that 9729, 9740 and 9764 are now quick buses. Had 9764 on sunday. Had it for the whole day due to the problems in whitehall. Accelaration definately improved but its not the best. Takes a while to move off after releasing the handbrake but its still unrestricted which is good enough for me ;D

Especially with 9728, which only sounds good when driven fast! 9728 is a bit slow anyway with it's VERY delayed throttle. It's not until second gear that it really makes up for it. 9729 however is rather quick off the mark for a Travel London V reg.

Had to wait a long time for the 157 due to a fire at Beddington Park near Stafford Road.

I had 9729 from Anerley to Norwood again today, still over revving but did seem a tad quicker.

Not restricted also so definately one of my favourite buses to drive. 9770 and 9771 are very good as well. 9770 got a funny brake pedal which gives it a mark down for me

Not sure but another bus with the same situation is 34225 which has 237 instead of 225 on the reg plate.

I wonder if they are different buses. One of them has the travel logo brand at the back while the other has the 'electric hybrid' wording

What LEZ buses are to replace Travel London's present trainer buses? Is it possible they'd hire more Metroline Tridents for BC so as to indirectly have euro_3 Tridents as trainers?
ALL SPECULATION HERE!!!!
