Noticed that some of the 195 MMC batch have gained TUK logos,but they have yet to be refurbished (8881/8887/8888/8889 are examples of this).What would be the point of replacing the logos if they will inevitably be refurbished? 8887 has been off the road for quite a while now so I assume it is being refurbished. Anyone has any idea why some of the 16 regs currently allocated to the E7 are refurbished? Where are they expected to go after the E7 converts to electric operations? 465 and U7

I also seem to remember that a BC route was getting a PVR increase, one of the U7s vehicles may be used for that. 8837 will likely also need replacing.

That's plausible too especially considering no fleet moves would be required and they could be used from day 1 if the E7 hasn't converted by then, however this would represent a capacity downgrade from the current DLEs with RATP, so this might be discouraged. I personally see the R70 vehicles being returned off lease. The only route I could see them staying for is the H28, but I think it's more likely that will stick with the existing fleet as that is only on a three year contract.

These are currently allocated to the 490, but could swap with 4x 12reg.

The 201 will continue with its current vehicles - the +1 increase may actually come from the 130 as the 130 has 64 reg 8843 allocated so that might move to the 201 with the 130 taking a MMC from elsewhere allowing the relevant buses to be grouped together accordingly.

I've spotted the E6's changeover point is on Crowland Avenue in Hayes, on the Hail & Ride section! Interesting choice. I assume they're telling drivers to hop in the ferry car and drive back to DH if they need to use any amenities or facilities. Asda would be a few minutes walk away though.

I have a feeling that the E400Ds at QB have finally been withdrawn, who knows they could come back, but I don’t know It's possible given the gradual arrival of Electroliners presently freeing up E40Hs, though the latter could be needed for potential existing bus awards, eg 44, 49, 77, 118, etc. Will see how it goes from next week when school bus journeys return from this week's half term

I travelled on 1702 on route E6 today.
The internal screen was not working so no bus stopping indication.
Why has a brand new bus entered service with a significant fault?

It’s actually been in service for some weeks so may just have failed recently. Still, it should have been (a) noticed and (b) repaired.

2025 has slightly different looking blinds with the old non-squished style, I’m not aware of any others which are different. Any pictures? Curious to see what the new blinds look like 😂 Not very major difference:
