Routes 287 & 165 are not standing at Abbey Wood instead up the road due to kids shooting fire works at the buses.

159 to Brixton Hill (Holmewood Gardens). Isn’t that turn ‘Brixton Hill, Holmewood Road’? Yes, that's the turn as the stop for the turn is Holmewood Road. Holmewood Gardens does exist and lies at the end of Holmewood Road with a nice green area in a triangle shape but good luck getting buses around there

Last night was a bit testy for night buses with several Halloween revellers. There was some bunching on the N15. LT912- N15 to Roneo Corner My bus was sister LT913 which was bunched with LT912 and both packed to the rafters. As I got off from the rear of the bus, I gave a little wave as a thank you to the driver. He gave me a real good scan as I did so; probably to remember my face as I know the garage drivers likely gave a little note about that 'guy' as he was new to the rota. Good luck to him trying to spot me outside of Halloween as my island boy costume doesn't come out often!

I know about the fail-safe that was initially every 20th tap when contactless was introduced. When the limit went up to £30, every 20th tap was still the same failsafe but also if £145 spending limit was achieved without entering the PIN. Now the contactless limit is £100, it's still every 20th tap without a PIN or going over £145 on cards. It doesn't apply to Apple Pay or Google Pay from electronic devices (phone, smart watch), nor does the cap apply on public transport services. Do you want to know why I'm so uncharacteristically clued up on this techy subject? I was one of the first groups of people to trial the technology in 2012 thanks to my bank. And after being a very irresponsible and very drunk person who didn't have a wallet at the time, I've had years of experience calling TfL & the bank up to dispute journeys. I don't need to give you a breakdown of my every spend, though a chip & PIN transaction was made before I boarded for Elm Park. And no money was spent when visiting this residential property. So if I told you for a 5th day in a row that TfL are attempting to remove 7 quid from my account when they've already charged me once and overcharged 5 quid, how is it the bank's fault? If their security systems are down, they'll shut down everything & no orders can be made. If only TfL was that brave! Not everyone is brave enough to admit they're going through hard times. Mine's compounded by the fact I had two very spenny* events this month and a delay in a four figure cheque has me scrutinising the statements. The first overcharging happened on my birthday but because of the occasion, I overlooked it. It's been a fortnight now and the overcharging keeps on happening. There's no way it's my bank, simple as. *Expensive, or spenny as the kids call it. Well there’s where you are wrong, some banks will allow you to customise the tap limit. For example at Monzo it is a limit of £200 worth of transactions before you are required to enter a pin and this can be altered to be higher or lower, depending on your situation. Also no one has ever used the work spenny. How am I wrong when that's the default settings for most banks and others like Monzo are an exception to the rule? And people under 25 do use the word spenny a lot, especially after Cozzy Lives in the past two years. Maybe you're just showing your age

On the 152 and the ibus has been changed to show Eastfields Road with the NR logo and a toilet symbol?(a male and woman symbol) with Mitcham Eastfields Station no longer having the NR logo. Also Eastfields Road has been changed to a POI instead of Mitcham Eastfields Station

159 to Brixton Hill (Holmewood Gardens). Isn’t that turn ‘Brixton Hill, Holmewood Road’? You’re probably correct. After a few drinks and it passing my bus on the way home, my mind could’ve been playing tricks on me.
