LinkThis year's fleet size of 8,776 buses represents an increase of 133 buses in comparison to last year's fleet total of 8,643. The number of vehicles in the fleet will change from time to time, as new vehicles enter service and the vehicles they are replacing are decommissioned.
The fleet total includes: 1,397 Electric buses, 1 NRM retrofitted to Electric, 20 Hydrogen and 3,826 Hybrid buses (including 997 new Routemasters). All vehicles in the fleet are PSVAR compliant.

LT174 was the one destroyed by fire whilst away for maintenance and LT45 was written off after a collision with a scaffolding truck I believe. Not sure what the third one is. ST812 is back in service and I’m not sure what the status of LT11 is

LT45 is being used by TFL as a testbed for the camera mirror, high spec refurb programme

LT174 was the one destroyed by fire whilst away for maintenance and LT45 was written off after a collision with a scaffolding truck I believe. Not sure what the third one is. ST812 is back in service and I’m not sure what the status of LT11 is The wording suggests that there are 997 *hybrid* NRMs, which doesn't include LT11. So LT11, LT45 and LT174 are the three missing buses.
