So therefore asking it they could co-exist together, where the commercial rail companies pay access charges to the heritage companies, given the heritage companies another income stream. So thinking a commercial service could run in front of a heritage service and thereby given the best of both worlds for local residents and tourists/enthusiasts. Two examples maybe Minehead - Taunton or Paignton - Kingswear.
