Seen a lot of River Road LT's in a filthy state with people drawing on the outside of them. Also a few of the E400 and Gemini 2's also dirty but not as bad as the LT's.
Bit strange it has packed up and appears to not have been washed in way over a week and we have not had any sub zero temperatures.

Seen a lot of River Road LT's in a filthy state with people drawing on the outside of them. Also a few of the E400 and Gemini 2's also dirty but not as bad as the LT's. Bit strange it has packed up and appears to not have been washed in way over a week and we have not had any sub zero temperatures. I've seen a few LTs in that condition on the 15 (internally as well) and TfL should be taking action against operators who put buses out in that condition especially on a high profile route like the 15. |

High profile 15? The route recently cut back to 12 min frequency and what has also seen lots of Incorrectly branded ELT livery LTs since moving to RR garage. I don’t think TfL consider any route high profile now. |

It is the same issue with the LT's on the EL routes ever since they were new, I was on one of the recently transferred 400 series LT from Q on the EL1 a few weeks ago and I had immediately noticed the difference that they were in a better interior condition to the newer 900 series that was new to RR.
I do get that the some of them are parked in the gravel part of RR and the location of the garage itself can easily be prone to having a dirty exterior, but really the interior should be much cleaner than it should be and I can remember a few years ago how a 15 year old Stagecoach Trident was in a vastly superior condition both inside and out compared to then brand new 900 series LT's on the EL Routes.

I wonder if the LT’s are parked in a particular part of RR, particularly the gravel area which I’ve heard caused issues? This is road dirt, not dust or gravel. It is clearly been unwashed for days, I would take a guess and say 2 weeks. It is rainwater dirt. There has even been cases of where the legal lettering has been cleaned by hand. |

SE 101 on route 300 was involved in a serious head odd crash with a BMW yesterday afternoon. The BMW was on the wrong side of the road coming up the Freemasons Road / New Barn Street underpass.

Probably more serious than ‘clapped out’, this was HV329 earlier on Turnpike Lane. Don’t know what the outcome was, but passengers were evacuating at the stop (left out of shot).  |

If it was HV329, obviously not that serious as currently tracking on 149. Maybe just overheating. Although did come off the 41 at 16:00 according to LVF, and onto the 149 by 17:30. |
