I've got loads of condensation in the headlights of my Vectra! What can I do to make it stop? I don't know if it will corrode any connections. Is this common or serious? I know it's a really strange question, but I'm confused on this one...

I think it is common on Vectras and AFAIK it's not serious and will dissapear within 20 minutes when you have the lights on.
If in any doubt ask you local dealer, most normally give advice without trying to tuck you up for a few quid.

I've got a Vectra but it doesn't do that. My brothers car is an Astra and he has a similar problem. I think it has something to do with the seal around the headlights but to be on the safe side take lc1's advice and ask a dealer

I don't like my local dealer, he's always after my money ... They told me it's still £68 to look at the car, even if they don't resolve the fault... I'll see if I can get a seal for it to solve the problem. I don't know how common it is on the new-shape (03-reg) Vectras. Thanx anyway...

I drive a 53 Vectra, done 88K in it,never had this problem. Have you fitted the rubber cup over the back of the connectors? It might be a hair line crack in the lamp. Take the assembly off, remove all the bulbs and fill the lens with water to see if its got a leak. If it has use super glue to seal it, and dry out the lens with a hair drier. Had that once on an old Escort and it did the trick!! Best of luck.

try going to an independent garage if your car is out of warranty. The Franchised dealers just see as a walking sack of money.
