What does everyone think about the forum colours (i.e. the contrast between the red, pink and black)?
To me, it hurts my eyes a bit after reading the forum for too long. I was wondering if others feel the same way.
I'd personally like to see a lighter shade of the same colours or a slightly lighter combination of colours, but I wouldn't want to change it if everyone likes the present colour scheme

That's odd - I definitely see pink and not yellow or orange

You can have multiple forum skins, get the design team hard at it!! Users then pick through their profiles. Im a dark reader myself as after the early mornings my eyes hurt easy.

Seems ok to me just maybe loose the pink writing at the top or make bold / darken as it almost blends in to well with the red background, I don't mind but know of someone who stuggles with this cause they are colourblind

The colour scheme looks the same to me as before... although I do notice that the 'yellow' bits now have some sort of 'gradient' effect to them ;D I think it's Proboards doing this work as I have noticed similar going-ons on other forums. I've noticed a few other things - you can jump to pages within threads by typing in the page number in a box. You can also see who's been on the forum in the past 24 hours (stalking ;D) and there's a few other improvements too.

The gradient colour scheme isn't very LONDON TRANSPORT[/b][/font] though!

It's very London Underground though lol. All the dirt and that ;D
Might have a browse through the Admin tools and see if anything's changed there then

You just need to set the gradient back to the Yellow colour...
Another request though, could the arrows you press to go to the next page be Red instead of pink so that they are easier to see?

Only downer on this is that when hovering on the page heading to pick a different page, it doesn't give me much time to choose what page I want before the selection disappears Still its good to change things now and again

After a little nosey about, it looks like it might just be a little taster of the new version of proboards tha's due out middle of this year. Will keep you posted on any new developments when they occur
