You just need to set the gradient back to the Yellow colour... Another request though, could the arrows you press to go to the next page be Red instead of pink so that they are easier to see? I actually think they stand out more with the gradient than they did before as for changing thme to red, I think although I could be wrong (I normally am when it comes to technical stuff ) that if we change them to red then all the pink writing will turn red therefore making the writing on the red background impossible to see. I was going to have a fiddle around with the forum colours the other week as I felt the forum looked too much like London General/Central colours and I get enough of that at work ;D but I couldn't figure out what I was doing

You could have some Lincoln Green for the Green Lines then!
The gradients aren't particularly nice as I think Tangy was going for the LT buses theme?

Indeed - this forum is now on version 4.5 Version 5 is going bring a lot with it and to ensure all of Proboards servers are up to date and ready, Version 4.5, if you think of it terms of applying paint.......version 4.5 is the undercoat. Strange anology, but hopefully it makes sense? EDIT: gradients can be turned off by going into the admin area, then going through the options to modify the skin - FWIW though, it looks fine to me. Also: I was going to have a fiddle around with the forum colours the other week as I felt the forum looked too much like London General/Central colours and I get enough of that at work ;D but I couldn't figure out what I was doing You could do what I've done with another Proboards based forum - set up a new forum, disable the sign up option!, make it look exactly the same as this one, then play with it till your hearts content. That way you'll learn how Proboards work and what looks good & what doesn't

That way you'll learn how Proboards work and what looks good & what doesn't I noticed that the gradients could be turned off yesterday whilst I was having a look around, however I think the default was with them off so I presumed Tangy had turned them on. As for messing around, I was actually going to do an alternative skin, (the same as this but with a Metroline blue text, the dark blue not the silly light blue) however I was having problems with the colour codings Having said that perhaps the forum would look better with the metroline blue in place of the yellow and have yellow writing As I seem to be having no luck in creating an alternative skin I'll leave it to Tangy to look into (yes that's called passing the buck ;D)

What does everyone think about the forum colours (i.e. the contrast between the red, pink and black)? To me, it hurts my eyes a bit after reading the forum for too long. I was wondering if others feel the same way. I'd personally like to see a lighter shade of the same colours or a slightly lighter combination of colours, but I wouldn't want to change it if everyone likes the present colour scheme Red would look good ;D

I would like to see more colour themes lol, like a royal blue background with white or something as such. Just my view on this.
