TfL routes along unlit roads:
As the nights are drawing in I'd like to do some bus running in the dark along unlit roads- it's always quite atmospheric. In the South East area I'm familiar with:
146: The section from Keston Church to Downe. 246: Mainly from Biggin Hill to Westerham but also with a short run between Coney Hall and The Fox at Keston. 464: From Saltbox Hill towards New Addington. R8: A lot of the route is on rural roads, especially between Downe and Cudham.
So, is there anywhere else in London with similar 'rural' non lit running?
Thanks.

What are the PVRs of each non-TFL service that is run from a TFL garage?
e.g. Kingston Uni, Bedfont Lakes, Metroline's 84/242/PB1, Here East, Stagecoach's sightseeing fleet, Toot Bus, Go Ahead commercial services, Rail Replacement fleets etc.
Also can include if a particular garage requires a large training fleet to be based there.

I was wondering if the 375 goes along some unlit roads out to Stapleford Abbots & Passingfordd Bridge maybe?

It was always amazing to ride on an OV through Mickleham. I've always loved Versas, loved the hump at the front and mixed up a normally boring area dominated by SP's and DE's. (Don't get me wrong, I like SP's too). I miss them as much as I miss the 391 and EB. Are any left in London? I also liked the H37's Tempos and the K5's Solos.

U9, Harvil Road, south of Harefield. Cockfosters Road / Stagg Hill is lit for it's total length now, but the 313 along the Ridgeway west of Botany Bay can give clear views over London at night.

Hi, as the Bus Events and Rallies page has been quiet recently I have a query regarding Sunday's RF70 event at North Weald- does anybody know which, if any, feeders are running other than the shuttles from Epping & Chingford? Particularly from Croydon?
Thanks.

Why does the P13 display 'Streatham' on the blind as opposed to 'Streatham station' like the other buses that terminate there do?
