That is a gas powered bus Sorry didn't notice the hybrid specification from the OP. Nevertheless it is a Scania E400 City.

How do TFL calculate the fare if you tap in at an Tube station tap out at a Network Rail station, walk to the nearest OSI and tap out at a Tube Station? For example if I went from Wood Green to Battersea Park, walk to Battersea Power Station Station and tap out at Euston? How much would it cost and how is it calculated?

Well, not exactly the same situation, but I have once gone from Canning Town-Waterloo-(via CLJ)-Victoria-Dagenham Heathway and it just charged me a fare from Canning Town to [No Touch Out] and a fare from [No Touch In] to Dagenham Heathway.

Is the 969 one of the least used bus routes in London? I'd imagine so - it uses stop starts from H26 batch even though it can take 10.8s

I don’t think that a length of a bus can determine how much people uses it.

When did this change as it was one of the R routes before? Sometimes it's the R70 but most commonly the H25 as it has more peak workings. Wouldn't know when it changed.
