Which buses in London have tinted windows? Believe most, if not all the Stagecoach buses since 2011 do.

Am wondering if there's any reason why the 18 no longer departs from bus stop F at Euston Bus Station (which would enable it to turn directly onto Euston Road)?
Seems better in my opinion to risk being late upon arrival at the bus station if the bus has to go via Churchway (which is rarely busy Euston bus station-bound anyway) rather than to be late leaving the bus station at the start of the route and bunching that early. It happens often but today must've been my personal record seeing 3 18s (and other buses) queuing to leave Churchway to turn onto Euston Road with a further two nearly bunched already on Euston Road.

Why don't the Heathrow routes don't use Nene Road and turn right onto Bath Road when travelling away from Heathrow. It just seems long to go via Newport Road

It just seems long to go via Newport Road Probably to enable it to serve a couple of extra stops to pick up passengers at Newport Road and Bath Road. The X140 does skip the detour via Newport Road though. There are plenty of examples around London where buses don’t leave an area by the most direct route.

Are there any recent examples of routes which never came into fruition that ended up on blindsets? I’ve seen the 311 on EHs in person before but that’s it. I also saw an N189 in Marble Arch and people have mentioned an N94 which technically count.

Maybe a 3rd time lucky may emerge one day.

First time was to maintain the night route to Oxo when the 189 diverted to Marble Arch and the 2nd time was to keep the current route at night when the the day route would divert to Camden Town.

When the X140 was first introduced, Metroline added a Harrow Weald blind for it if it ever got extended up there.
