Aren't the SN64s for 345 on paper? Prior to recent transfers, the ex-49 E40Hs were intended mostly for the 156, and the rest to top up the 344's MMCs. With the 345 then using the C3/E1 batches, plus 61reg from the 344. My guess now is that the 344 will be made fully MMC, and the 14/64reg E40Hs covering the 156/344. Maybe some of the 61reg might be withdrawn? It also seems the 3x 12reg E40Ds that were previously used on the 414 are now allocated to the 207 at GW, so this could release a further 3x 15reg MMCs. I'd think it's random really that they'd withdraw hybrids over diesels, however some 61reg have gone to GW so that might be to oust the 12reg diesels

There has been no confirmation over what, if anything, might be withdrawn outside of the diesel double deckers at QB which will eventually be removed from service

Are these SEโs released from the 170 replacing SOEโs on the 485? Yes, 485 is going fully SE with it's SOE's set for withdrawal Thanks, been a bit out of the loop with what's been happening recently having been between London and Huddersfield for the last two months!

2579 has transferred from DH to GW. It also no longer has U5 branding
A good source on the LVF Facebook group has confirmed 2579 will be part of the 207/427 along with 2526 & 2531. 2461-2462 (currently part of the 427) are due to move to QB
