Who's got their hands on the new copy? ;D Big feature on combating vandalism at BX, another big thing with a preview of the new iBus radio system etc - quite interesting to see how it will all work! Also noticed in the "helpful staff" bit, where passengers write in - there's a commendation for a certian 469king for helping a lady with a nosebleed!  |

Oh, and sorry for non-LC employees the Clipper is the company paper, which - incidently - is too big to fit in my scanner. If you wanna see anything specific out of it let me know! I reckon she was either really fit or he paid her to write in Me sore about never getting a compliment...............never  As for the ibus stuff it looks interesting. It makes a change for there to be quiete a bit about about Bexleyheath in the clipper we are usual the forgoten garage. |

It was an elderly lady, in her 60's i'd say... ...you get NISH for a commendation! What really irks me, is that if you get a customer complaint, the OM or General Manager wants to see you - get a customer commendation, and the counter staff tell you about it. Not blowing my own trumpet here, but there's no recognition for ANYONE who does things above and beyond the call of duty (apart from a small piece in the company rag) |

Lol I've forgotten all the stuff you get in The Clipper - I remember once, years ago when I ordered a whole load of London Central timetables from their Camberwell garage, and they sent me all the ones I wanted, along with the Clipper. And guess what - I've lost it and I dunno where it is  ;D |
