As some of you may be aware, Des O Connor and Carol Voderman is leaving it, by the end of December, which would be series 59!
They have announced their replacements!
For Des = (Robert) Jeff Stelling, sky sports presenter
For Carol = a 22 year old Oxford graduate called Rachel Riley
I'm kind of sad that Carol is leaving. Countdown will not be the same agai. The only reason why Countdown still maintained its high rating is because there was still one familiar face after Richard sadly passed away.
