Yes I read about this in the Metro newspaper this morning.

I can actually see my mum writing a letter of complaint ALMOST as good as this one ;D

The best bit was its as if he knows Richard Branson, though Branson must of thought it was funny from him to allow it to be published.

It is indeed very good, but come on - Richard Branson probably hasn't even seen it!

I'm quite sure Virgin would have a customer service department to handle compliments & complaints, just like any other large company. I can't imagine any MD getting involved.
