There’s a decent amount of VWHs on 237 now. Perhaps they are now allocated to the 237? If you’re referring to the 120’s examples, then I doubt that very much. There are ex HT examples at AH which are allocated to the 237

Might be too early to predict, but by looking at LVF it looks like the 481 vehicles will be VWH2702-7.

I never knew that the U4 had Hybrids. It temporarily had hybrids while some it's TEs where temporarilly used on the A10 while it's DELs went to EW for 251 because it's electrics where late.

I never knew that the U4 had Hybrids. VWH2305-VWH2308 were based UX moving in around 11/23 ex HT until 3/24 when they moved on to SG/AH In their time at UX they worked some U4 supplementing TE but the principal routes they operated were of course the two UX hybrid DD routes (114/222)

When I was observing the 28 on Thursday there was a 60 minute service gap at the Wandsworth end with bus after bus curtailed to Fulham Broadway. I hope there is a way Metroline can improve this but I understand the difficulty of providing a stable service at Wandsworth when running the route from the northern end.
A potential solution could be moving changeovers to Kensington Olympia with drivers using the Overground. This hopefully would balance out the curtailments meaning the southern end isn't always the one sacrificed.

That bus has always been one of the toughest routes to run in London considering where it goes. Metroline has got their work cut out for them. Depending on if some ex-295 drivers will be on the route should be familiar with the Fulham area along with Wandsworth Bridge. When it used to go to Golders Green it was really bad and considering those times it had the small buses.

Metroline will certainly have a busy Friday night! Getting all the Electroliners out of the storage facility to release the VWs from the W7 to the 28, all while trying to run a night service on the N28! Gonna have to be a slick operation

Gonna have to be a slick operation As they are in storage, I wouldn’t be surprised if they sent the electroljners a day or two early to HT, which would release the VWs earlier to be sent to WJ to prepare them for service for 28/N28. No need to do it all on Friday.

The allocations are looking a bit messy in terms of fleet codes and age but nonetheless VWs are already being prepared.
