The 262s buses have started being built Ee263 - LF24ZNW Ee264 - LF24ZNX Ee265 - LF24ZNY Oof it looks like just one letter will separate many of these and the 58 vehicles, LJ24ZNT, ZNV and ZNY have arrived for Stagecoach. In similar areas as well! I even had to double take when I first saw those reg’s thinking are they not the Volvo ones!

How far are the eletrics for the 358 from entering service? Last I heard the target date was August Apparently TfL are currently planning launch activities including a public event so it cant be that much longer and it definitely will not enter service quietly (actually it literally will).

I had across quite an interesting Flickr photo of the 74 at Greenland Street, quite curious to know where it stood back from when it ran from Roehampton to Camden, Greenland Street. Ive read on some history for the 274, seeing it was introduced in 1991 and only ran between Camden Town and Marble Arch (extremely short haha!!) and even had a 24-hour service up until 2011 just after its extension west to Lancaster Gate and north to Islington, Angel. My questions if anyone knows is, was there a previous route running on the section between Camden and Islington on the 274, and how come the night service was withdrawn (wouldnt have thought it was all too popular anyway), but the idea that the 274 was 24-hours and the 30 isnt is quite interesting.

I'm pretty sure the 274 was just new territory and roads on the extension to Angel and didn't replace a route.

The Camden to Islington section of route was new to the 274 from 1st March 1997, it had not existed previously. It provided a number of useful new local links, including along Agar Grove and Market Road which had not had a bus service previously, and also from Caledonian Road to Angel which had long been a missing link. The 1990s were a time when the bus network in London was growing again after years of decline, a number of new links that had not existed previously were created during this time and smaller buses were used to put services down roads that were previously unserved.

First time the 91, 476 and 657 all fully operating a mixture of MHVs and EHVs, evere since 476 has fully converted to hybrid operation. Any updates on WVN23?
