Do you know if the 35 will keep it's part allocation of Electric Buses or will it revert back to Hybrids and also is there any news on what the 321 Electric Buses will be. The 35 will revert to a full hybrid operation, the Ee's are covering the for the buses being refurbished for the contract.

today was first day since the fire ALMOST SIX month ago which had multiple Metrodeckers on the 200 at the same time, although only 2, it a step forward

Has EH68 and 69 already been refurbished as they weren't in service for 3 weeks at the end of may beginning of June.

Do you know if the B16 will be converted to Double Deckers on it's next tender or will get new or existing Electric buses. My first thought is why? I've rarely seen a full B16, and feel it's a 'pointless' route east of Welling. The 244 probably is more deserving of dds; I have a feeling (if retained as expected), it will get the Streetlites off the 355.

The 244 probably is more deserving of dds; I have a feeling (if retained as expected), it will get the Streetlites off the 355. BX often puts out a DD on the B16. Whoever gets the 244 should get a contract with DDs. The Elizabeth line has made it a lot busier.

Elizabeth Line stimulating growth in rail pax numbers in SE London and that in turn is stimulating bus feed - have just clocked that the 244 serves both ABW & WWC.

Presently not suitable for the 151 given it's about the same length as the Ees, 88 may be unlikely as well on that factor Turn radius much better though, it not directly about the length, its wheelbase, overhang lengths and turning radius which cause issue I imagine they'll try out the Demonstrator there

I personally think it is a good one. It is a measure to improve passenger safety so it beats me why it attracts such hostility.

I think there is one tree on the Shooters Hill section which would have to be cut back. Deckers used to run on this section. The original proposal for the route after the Elizabeth line was to have them.
