Yeah I suppose that's enough to cover, although that only leaves 5 spares, thought you may need more than that especially for LT's The spares match the TVR's laid out by SILENCED - it's perfectly normal for a route with a PVR of 15 and another with a PVR of 22 to have 5 spares between them.

I keep seeing it mentioned that Go Ahead have enough buses for the 5. I have to question this as they have not once even on a weekend put out a full allocation of LTs. I know technically it’s not a full LT route yet but surely if they had enough buses the would be used?
There are currently 7 EHs and 1 E400 on the route with the rest being LT.
I wonder will the 5 and 15 keep the current batch of LTs? Are they the right age for when the contracts expire in 5 years?

No to both. The problems with the 132 on the A102 are down to the Silvertown Tunnel works which will be complete next year. The 335 was introduced for the very large housing developments around Kidbrooke station. Empty buses are needed from there. Judging by how late everything runs nowadays I’ll be amazed if the Silvertown tunnel opens on time 😂 Went past the north side of the new tunnels on the DLR this morning. They are restoring the ground already. The completion date should be met.

EH244 is back in service.
Does anyone know where the 118’s Es will go after they pass to TUK and the SL6’s EH’s will go after it passes to Arriva?

I think there potentially were enough before, but some of the LTs that had been at RR were just refurb floats and have now moved back to other garages. Since some LTs have recently moved to Metroline, there is no longer quite enough LTs within Go Ahead's fleet to fully convert the 5.

As they were there as refurb floats they were surely covering the buses that were away so still the same amount of buses would have been available. The 5 debate started many months ago and I am not convinced there are enough buses at the moment or there ever was.
One thing that has to be factored in with DS and RR is the constant shuffle of buses between the two garages and this will most likely carry on even after the 5 full converts.

Unless I’ve missed something, the 5 has 33 LT’s for a PVR of 30 after deducting the LT’s that went to Q. Presumably why the 5 is seeing so many conventionals is due to a combination of LT’s needing maintenance but maybe also because some garages seem to throw out multiple conventionals on LT routes compared to others who rarely do

Which MMCs are allocated to the 115? I know some have left and gone to SW, but I wonder if Go Ahead has done a re-shuffling of allocations?

There are fewer LTs overall within Go Ahead's fleet as some have just moved to Metroline for the 17
