Anything is better than those Opscare vehicles. As a passenger, they're fine to ride - have rode quite a few on the 322 and they're pretty comfortable. Have also rode one on the 315 & H20 I like them aswell. Nice bit of engine noise aswell when they get going.

I can Still see the 51, 178, 291 and 486 being for existing until a permanent decision on Morden Whalf is made. May explain why surplus of buses has been made from the 171/172/188 and a few spare from the 22/88 thou I think these are probably likely to be the extra foe the 14 and 91.

How many extra buses will the 14 and 91 need for there exemption. I'd say 5 for each route.

Still trying to get my head around the fact someone designed that bus, took a step back, looked at it and thought, 'that's a decent looking bus I've designed there'. I'd like to meet that person, I've got questions. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean others don’t. Manufacturers don’t make vehicles for your opinion but rather for functionality. Absolutely my opinion chief and I will double down on the fact it's the 2nd most ugliest bus out there just behind the hideous aliens about to poison the roads on the 358. I'm assuming you're a fan hence why you seem a bit upset by my comments, if that's the case my sincere apolo ..... Sorry, I just can't finish it.

It’s just boring to constantly see “it’s ugly” comments. If you think you can do a better job designing a bus go and do it. Put up or shut up.

Well tbf people are well allowed to say it’s ugly, just as you are to say that you like it certainly agree(d) with OPs comment, I mean I kinda do still but I certainly respect its daring design now and its uniqueness

It’s just boring to constantly see “it’s ugly” comments. If you think you can do a better job designing a bus go and do it. Put up or shut up. Honestly, the amount of comments on enthusiast pages saying “this looks ugly” or “an atrocious design, why we should buy our own country’s buses”. It’s getting annoying as much as it’s getting funny to see. I can admit, it’s not the most stunning looking bus out there, but nor is the updated E400EV with its harsh angles, and odd hopper window designs. But the bus wasn’t designed to be 100% attractive. As far as I or any normal public member is concerned, as long as it gets you from A-B without breaking down or crashing due to a manufacturing issue then I see no issue with it. It’s the same with those people who avoid getting on a EV and choose to get a Diesel / Hybrid… At the end of the day a bus is a bus and this hissy fitting about design is just pointless. Of course people are entitled to their opinion, but at the same time they need to level it down just a little (particularly comments like that).

I'd like to meet that person, I've got questions. My thoughts exactly and nobody would design such an ugly looking car because it wouldn't sell but as far as buses are concerned it seems anything will do. I also agree with you about the contraptions for the 358!

Do you need more examples of companies manufacturing ugly cars that sold quite well.
