The 157 is also struggling to keep a full Ee allocation and I have seen plenty of WVLs back on the route That’s because AL being AL will place the Ee on the 131 instead of the 157. Hopefully that will cease once the 131 has its own EVs. Its interesting that they prioritise the 57 being fully Ee over the 157, even though the 57 is contractually part hybrid and the 157 fully electric, but then that doesn't really surprise me given its AL and the 57 passes the garage.

It isn't too bad, curtailments are due to delays because of roadworks or the A3 going to sh*t, that slip road from Tolworth into New Malden gets closed quite often, probably was the same under RATP but I've only used it for about half a year. But I agree with the bunching, it's dreadful and it seems like minimal effort is put in by control to maintain a gap Indeed, Go Ahead do have a proclivity to turn at the fountain from the Putney end which is a little bit unfair for those on the Tolworth end. But the A3 is not the 265s friend, neither is the double run in Roehampton towards Tolworth which should really be cut to improve the route. I do find it odd that the 85 does the detour in one direction only, but the 265 does it in both.

so these SE's are going to be fitted with Fastrack guide wheels as well as branding or not?? If memory serves right the Arriva fleet don't have any and IE21 didn't so I'd assume not, the AEs and SEs are just getting vinyls for the logos and any B7RLEs set to come are to be repainted into redBN14 CUH (ex-Metrobus 6003) has been painted red now. Official fleet comprises of: 2 B7RLE G2s 5 Citaros 21 E200s & MMCs

Just a guess but Hybrids will probably also run on the 217! I wouldn't rule out a few Ee's either, especially once the 230 gets it's new BYDs it would be great to see a more organized fleet for the 217 at last, they did well to get blinds for them too. I wonder if EHV / MHV blind inserts have already been done for the 476 alleged extension to Meridian Water and 91's extension to Wood Green? Strange that TfL have gone silent on those changes

Thought I’d make this list as the 217 is clearly a route topic people are interested on now Based on in person sightings and videos / predictions, 217s known allocation so far: WVL293 (LX59 CZL) WVL294 (LX59 CZM) WVN3 (LK59 FEU) WVN8 (LK59 FEF) WVN35 (BV10 WVH) WVN40 (BV10 WWC) WVN41 (BV10 WWD) WVN42 (BV10 WWF) WVN44 (BV10 WWP) Also with WVN17 and WVN23 most likely being reblinded for the route. Nice to see NP getting some of its former First identity back 🫡 WVN42 I believe is also on the 131 at the moment, but very interesting to see that the 217 is getting some (ex First!) buses from AL. I can't see too many more going, with AL needing spare deckers for the 200 and for the 163/164 with the recent unreliability of the SEes. And now WVN35 is out on the 131 as well with WVN3 at SI on the 473

It's been reported that Me10 is expected to be the next bus to re-enter service on the 200, the batch still taking their gradual sweet time from hibernation

First Trump now a bus with 217 blinds! What next 😬 *Wheezing excitedly looks for inhaler* Haven't seen blinded 217's since July! It's a bit of a dead run from Merton though, if garage codes are to be believed Garage codes mean nothing to Go Ahead
