Double-checked and it loads under Firefox but not under Internet Explorer.
Image has now been changed (the original was also a rose in memory of MJ).

Having read all the previous posts, I can see that we're all utterly devastated by this tragic loss (except for one person which I won't mention since I hate naming-and-shaming). I've read through some of today's papers and the reaction from the many celebrities was enormous, as M.J. has been a major influence. I'm guessing that some of us are listening to some his greatest hits right now.

Not everyone is a fan of this man, some because they do NOT like his music, others because they find the claims about the alleged conduct of his personal life repugnant and unacceptable. I concede that the more gross aspects of the claims against him remain unproven, but you can hardly ostracise a member who is NOT prepared to give Jackson the 'benefit of the doubt' on such a grave and important matter.

Those last two paragraphs pretty sum it up as the Marmite effect, you either love him or hate him.

Got to agree with you there mate. I personally never exactly rated him as human of the year or anything, but then i didn't know the guy. However, you can't deny that his music reached to millions, if not billions of people around the world. That is a fact!! Whether you class him as a musical genius is another matter, but that's to the individual. As for favourite songs, i have to admit, i'm a huge fan of Earth Song. Shoot me if you like, but i love it However, on a more funnier note, Shamoan mother f**ker ;D

Right, having woken up to this VERY sad news (I had a early night last night) I was absolutely gobsmcked. As an entertainer the bloke was untouchable (IMO) I was a HUGE fan of his music when I was younger (and by that I mean about 15-20 years ago) his stuff post Bad and his association with Quincey Jones was very much below par, however hoe many of you can go out to a club and avoid hearing even one of his songs? Music wise he will be greatly missed and his passing is probably on a par with Elvis (I'm too young to remember his passing) if not that of Lady Diana, and is far greater than that of the last music 'superstar' that I have lived through dieing..The late and great Freddie Mercury. Whatever people say about his private life (and I must admit it was a bit suspect) the bloke was a music and dance genius and defined a lot of the 'popular' music we now listen to, MTV (and some would argue Michael Jackson) would be nothing without Thriller, I am still very saddened by his passing and dispite having a prefrence to 'rock' music nowdays I still have a number of MJ songs on my MP3 played and would say my favorite is probably Ben, although the Jackson 5 stuff pushes it close. RIP Michael Joseph Jackson, gone but far from forgotten.

This man made some brilliant records, i have a few on my iPod. Certainly in like 100 years or so when we are looking back at music, his songs will stand out along with others. But personally I didn't particularly like him. I think he would have been even more famous if he didnt go 'downhill' in the late 80s and didnt get accused for those pretty disgusting allagations (sorry cant spell). So yeah, made great music and hope he died peacefully.
