I've just noticed this as well - neat Same here, my only complaint is the blue should be a tad darker, then it would be more of a Millwall blue ;D

It was an idea of mine to make the usernames of the mods/admins stand out a bit more from the normal members. Thus admins are in blue and moderators are in purple. This will give easy reference as to who is a staff member and who isn't.

The purple looks fine from here - perhaps you're using the Default forum skin (with the dark-grey background) instead of the Arriva-style skin (with white b/g) which I'm using? If the purple text is not legible on the default skin then perhaps a lighter shade would be best? Edit: changed my skin to Default - Bighat I can see what you mean now. I use the Arriva skin too, no problems here.

Is it me or has it gone a bit more lilac here now? Better than what we had before but might still be a tad bit difficult to read on the Default skin. Although saying that I can read it fine but others may still find it a bit hard.
