It's been a bit quiet over the past few days hasn't it?
Haven't noticed that many new posts or anything; normally the forum is bursting with activity.
I understand that most of us on here have very busy lives and have other commitments to fulfill, but just thought I'd point this out because it's a bit unusual. ;D ;D ;D

Mind you since all the drivers from BX and ETB and Madstuntsman joined this forum has almost always been busier than TTF bus section.
I suppose the amount of posts depends on what's going on out there.

I've got no internet access at the moment (stealing someone's at the moment  ) Hopefully normal service will be resumed in the near future, just waiting for my router to come from Sky, line is due to go active tomorrow so hopefully I will be back full time as on next week (not that I will get much chance to post seeing as I'm doing 12 hour shifts on the 229  :  |

My excuse is I've had a couple of "nothing" weeks, I've been to work, nothing interesting has happened, no turns, light traffic, easy life!!! While I've been out therre I've not really seen anything odd apart from the odd E400 on the BX routes, even the random vehicle allocation at DT is nothing out of the ordenary anymore like 4 out of 5 492's on the road yesterday were DLA's
So do us all a favor lets all do something odd tomorrow while at work. I'm going to show 256 on my rear blind all day

Well i just had 3 weeks on holiday , start back tomorrow and the next 4 days my first half should get new B9TLs so will report back on my findings...

See told you... ;D You did as well... wait was that just in the depot or did you actually go out in service like that? ;D Photo was taken on Albany Road in Chislehurst about 0605. I managed almost 2 rounders before controller got on at Queen Mary's Hospital and informed me my rear blind was wrong and kindly offered to change it for me!!! It actually said 160 when i left the yard I run light to Sidcup Station and changed it there!!! ;D (I knew the inspector doing the run out would have made me change it) |

I gotta agree things have been fairly eventless this week for my garage as well. Not a lot has happened. We've had a lot of the old DT buses looked at again and again but other than that fairly quiet.
Traffic lights were down in Romford today by the station and the whole thing (buses and pedestrians) actually flowed better than with the traffic lights on but other than that the day was majorly boring.
