Can anyone help me i want to put a picture into my profile box (the one on the left of my posts) but i dont know how to

At the top of this page where you find the 'home', 'help' 'search' etc. buttons you should see 'profile' (the sixth button). Click this and you should be taken to the 'modify profile' section. Under the 2nd heading where it says 'personal information' you should see 'avatar URL:' - next to it is a box and this is where you can use your own picture by directly entering the address/link of it. But first your chosen picture needs to be uploaded onto a image hosting site, you will find instructions on there. Photobucket and tinypic are very good sites to host your pictures.

You cant get it bigger as the forum allows a maximum size of 800x700 i think (correct me if im wrong)

yes 100x100 is the maximum
