Following a stabbing in Priory Road (to the rear of West Ham football ground), police reserves have been called in to deal with 'hundreds of rioting 'fans'. As Priory Road is now a crime scene, not to mention a place of mass public disorder, access to ELBG's Upton Park depot is now blocked. Access to the depot via Redcliffe Road MAY be possible, but only with extreme difficulty. I always thought 'The Inter City Firm' did their 'business' away from home! I certainly did not get the text message. A report that a Go-Ahead London bus was seen parked in a dark corner of Upton Park garage were dismissed as 'wishful thinking' and 'speculative'. ;D ;D ;D

Bighat the helicopters are flying over forest gate as we speak and I thought movies such as green street and football factory weren't realistic. Lol
the man stabbed is a 44 year old man and is in a stable condition in hospital
it was obvious there'd be violence between these teams
FA really should be to blame for not thinking, or using there intiative by playing the game behind closed doors now lets see the reprecussions to tonights events

When West Ham were at home, they used to try and ambush the travelling team's supporters 'somewhere' on the Underground. Tonight's mayhem was started when about 100 West Ham 'fans' broke through a police cordon at Upton Park Station in Green Street, about half a mile from the entrance to the ground. As far as 'blame' is concerned, this was attack on Millwall fans arriving was obviously well pre-planned by the ICF, or whatever they now call themselves, and I am surprised that the Police specialist unit, who monitor such things, didn't pick up on it. They were taken totally by surprise, as most of their 'assets' were inside the ground to try and prevent trouble!

ICF Got there name by using the student rail cards to use intercity trains instead of The "Football Specials" to go to away games. Haven't heard any 58's past since about 7.

Well, there were rumours that Millwall fans were planning to take the head of Bobby Moore outside Upton Park. Either way, i'm not suprised this has happened.
As a Spurs fan, i generally see alot of stupid jealous from your "average" hammers fan, and normally it's pathetic. So for them to have a rival come to them that's "below" them, they were obviously going to do something, especially at home.
My question is why can't West Ham fans (not all, i might add) gain some brains and understand that rivalries don't need to be so poxy violent. I know Spurs and Arsenal have had their moments, but not at every single game, and most Spurs and Arsenal fans get on extremely well outside of match days!! Same can be said with the Manchester and Merseyside rivals, not so much with Glasgow, but that's partly religious anyway

Correct, they travelled (often first class) by Inter City HST's and the like!

But John aren't both Millwall and West Ham rival on a different level compared to others such as Arsenal and Spurs.
They don't mean often but it was blatently obvious something would happen tonight but maybe on a smaller scale at least there was an adquete amount of police on scene tonight, Football haves't really seen this scene since the 80's although i can't talk as i'm a 90's boy myself, but from what i've read and seen.. i.e the cass movie and book which i found intresting to see how football has changed.
Update: 58's are running in the space of couple mins of each other from what i've seen, seen turns to Forest Gate, Police Stn.

A report that a Go-Ahead London bus was seen parked in a dark corner of Upton Park garage were dismissed as 'wishful thinking' and 'speculative'. ;D ;D ;D Cheeky f**ker As it happens I couldn't get a ticket due to the fact the Met/Council/Football League (delete as to who you believe) reduced our ticket allocation and since going 'on the buses' I have stopped being a season ticket holder. We will still get the blame for it the only surprise is the Luton and Birmingham footage has been rolled out yet I'm sure when the draw was made it was the FA/Met's worse nightmare as the last few league games have been moved to noon on a Sunday to avoid situations like what has happened. And John we don't call them 'the vermin' for nothing ;D

MCV Kid the cass movie, green street, football factory, ID are all poo...wait for the remake of the Firm ;D Second the rivalry between us and the vermin is probably on a par with Cardiff -v- Swansea and has run for years, yet strangely we all have friends who are vermin/Millwall etc.... I think that is one of the problems of why the rivalry is so fierce...we are so alike

And John we don't call them 'the vermin' for nothing ;D Lol, i did feel sorry for your boys seeing as you got the backlash of our 2-1 beating of them there Sunday ;D d*mn Carlton Cole has a great pass TBH, i do hold West Ham fans at a lower level than those gooners down the Seven Sisters Road. At least the dirty gooners can take a beating (5-1 anyone?) and come up with a good reason......ish. Hammers just seem to chat crap. I mean, who else has heard "West Ham won the World Cup!!" many times before? If it wasn't for the ex-Tottenham player being the manager and a certain Tottenham striker not being in the side, West Ham wouldn't have had much to shout about The morons even done over the cockerel pub a few years ago when they visited White Hart Lane!! Wouldn't see our lot doing that, we'd leave to Millwall lol. Those hammers are more like something you've just stepped in

I went to (grammar) school with the guy responsible for starting the notorious ICF. Was he a thug? Well, not normally, he lived in a leafy suburb of Wanstead, was the middle of three brothers, was good to his mum, loved animals (the four legged variety) and after leaving school got a job in Hatton Garden, working his way up to be a top metalurgist and assay expert. You tell me where it all went wrong for him?
